Starting Point Preschool is a faith-based preschool caring for and educating children between the ages of 30 months and 5 years. We seek qualified, enthusiastic, and nurturing individuals who will be responsible for teaching and caring for our students. Facility Maintenance Tech

Work with all departments and team members to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating in the most efficient manner possible. Develop other team members and help the housekeeping teams to understand their role within operations. Do everything possible to make the property a welcoming environment. Perform PM and repairs on equipment, provide support to the housekeeping teams, perform set up for internal and external customer events per church guidelines, and do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide Connection Team support to Security and Medical Emergency Teams in emergencies as requested. Help tech teams with sound, light, and camera operations as requested.

This position has two areas of responsibility: - Manage the workflows within the church RMS while building the capability and awareness for a data-informed culture that is integral to how the church manages ministry, communication, and community engagement. -Overcome administrative barriers across all ministries.

Director of Children's Ministry

The Children’s Ministry Director will lead CP’s mission-critical initiative to inspire, call, and equip children from birth through 5th grade, with potential for through 7th grade, into understanding what it means to be a “renewed people called to renew the city”. The Children’s Ministry Director will achieve this through faith development opportunities, organizing age appropriate worship experiences, and inspiring a team of volunteers in accordance with the mission, vision, and goals of the church.

Assistant Teacher

Follow and implement daily curriculum as directed by the Lead Teacher. Maintain a safe physical environment conducive to child growth and development by ensuring appropriate response to children’s emotional, social and physical needs. This person must be able to relate well to both children and adults in a patient, calm manner and be sensitive to the needs of individual children.
